This Global Wellness Day, Four Seasons Abu Dhabi is making celebrating a whole lot easier by putting together a jam-packed itinerary come June 12, 2021.
On what be will be the ninth edition of the day – first marked in Turkey in 2012 as a day dedicated to living well – the luxurious hotel will host a series of fitness and relaxation activities.
The itinerary includes sunrise yoga, family bike rides, tennis tournaments, and a complimentary 15-minute massage. You don’t need to be a hotel guest to sign up, but you do need to register for the sessions you’d want to be a part of as spaces are limited.

On the family-friendly event, Four Seasons Regional Spa Lead and General Manager Olivier Thomas’s said: “Abu Dhabi has always been a perfect place to keep fit and stay healthy with abundant options to exercise either indoor or outdoor. It came naturally then to actively strive to embrace that high standard of wellness at Four Seasons.
“We are aware that our guests, residents, and employees lead busy lives, and while striving to tackle the stress of a global pandemic it can be difficult to remember the importance of self-care. And they’re not the only hotel in the capital celebrating the day. W Abu Dhabi on Yas Island will also be running one of its fitness retreats that weekend – ideal if you’re into foodie tips as well as fitness activities.
Exercises such as yoga and spinning will kick off early in the morning, with nutritious snacks and meal keeping guests fueled throughout the day.
