Check-in for Air Malta flights at Rome’s Fiumicino has returned to Terminal 1. The terminal has been closed since 17 March 2020 due to the pandemic.
During the past months the terminal has undergone major upgrades aimed at increasing social distancing, maintaining safety protocols and offer better ambience. A dedicated family lane has also been set up to provide a seamless and a faster check in process for families. Rome Fiumicino Airport has been awarded the Best Airport in the EU for three consecutive years by ACI (Airports Council International).
Air Malta is currently operating six flights a week to Rome’s Fiumicino Airport.
