Mediterranean ObserverOn the 29 February, EIT Food is organising a webinar on food waste solutions from 18.00 to 19.00.
EIT Food provides solutions to food services to reduce food waste, conducts research and develops courses such as From Waste to Value: Tackling Food Waste.
FORMAT: Each speaker will present a short discussion of their biggest challenges with food waste and then naturally evolve into a dialogue with the audience, who are in the most part avid learners and consumers. This is an opportunity to connect with the general public and build a community around sustainable food solutions. The European Federation of Food Banks will be the other sectoral representative on the panel.
