Romantic getaway at the Hotel Deimann with star cuisine

Hotel-Deimann4

The Hotel Deimann – picturesquely situated between green hills and next to a small lake – is just the right place for couples in love and all guests who want to take a little break. The family-run hotel has been offering authentic hospitality for 100 years. For decades, the hotel has been a popular meeting place for the whole region. Today the former estate has grown into a five-star romantic & wellness hotel that is well worth seeing. Leave the stress of everyday life behind and immerse yourself in a world of relaxation and well-being – nothing less than this is promised by the spa, which is one of the elements at the heart of Hotel Deimann. Swimming in one of the pools at different temperatures, sweating in the bio-sauna and relaxing with yoga and shiatsu – that’s what a perfect day at the hotel looks like.

Only a few steps away is the Schmallenberg golf course, a well-kept course with heavenly panoramic views. There the Hotel Deimann runs a café with a rich selection of freshly baked cakes and hearty, light snacks for a break between rounds of the game. Excellent cuisine, which makes the anticipation of dinner in the hotel’s restaurants all the more pleasant for us.

Hotel Deimann with star cuisine

Guests with a hungry stomach can choose between several upscale restaurants, bistros and a wine cellar with a relaxed, original atmosphere. The shining star among them is without question the Hofstube Deimann. It has already been awarded a Michelin star, the only restaurant in the entire Sauerland to have one. The young chef Felix Weber serves creative dishes in a modern, French style. Our seat directly in front of the open kitchen offers an exclusive insight into the precise cooking and preparation undertaken by the kitchen team. The puristic and French-inspired menus inspire us with excellent dishes such as Loch Duart salmon with oyster, pigeon breast with pistachio or finest Sauerland saddle of venison with porcini mushrooms. A unique experience for every fan of fine cuisine and definitely the highlight of a stay at the Hotel Deimann.
