Crystal River Cruises this week unveiled its 2023 lineup, which the company said offers 190 itineraries across Europe with more variety in sailing length than ever before.

In addition to 150 of its popular seven-night cruises, the company has expanded its roster of shorter five-night sailings as well as its  collection of 10-to 17-night trips.

“Every year, we strive to create itineraries that blend both the destinations our guests love most as well as new highlights and experiences,” said Walter Littlejohn, senior vice president and managing director of Crystal River Cruises. “The 2023 deployment aboard our five beautiful river ships is designed to offer choices that will appeal to luxury travelers of all ages and interests delivered with the personalized service, culinary experiences, spacious all-suite accommodations and attention to detail only found with Crystal.”

The new shorter five-night sailings, which can be paired with pre- or post-cruise land programs, include the Danube Discovery sailing from Vienna to Vilshofen, Germany, aboard the Crystal Ravel and a Playgrounds of the Netherlands & Belgium cruise on the Crystal Mahler that sails roundtrip from Amsterdam.

Among the longer trips being added:

• The 14-night Pearls of the Danube cruise aboard Crystal Ravel that pairs the Wachau Valley and Vienna and Budapest, with cruising through Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania.

• A 15-night Vineyards, Castles & Masterpieces sailing from Basel, Switzerland, to Amsterdam on the Crystal Mahler that combines the waterways of the Netherlands and Belgium with cruising through the Middle Rhine Valley

• The 17-night Grand Rhine & Moselle, which sails the Crystal Mahler through the Netherlands waterways and the Mosel Valley Wine Region.

Bookings for the 2023 season open May 18, the company said.
